elements™ is geared towards well-financed, serious entrepreneurs with a passion for the wellness community. Unlike other franchises, elements™ has a structured and rigorous approval process for owners or area developers prior to awarding a territory. Preference is given to experience, overall financial strength, local market, and references, as well as several other relevant factors.
We do not have exact capital requirements, as our overall decision is based on judging the best possible fit. A good guideline however is a minimum of $75,000 - $100,000 in liquid capital and good credit or a co-signer/partner. elements™ is one of the few franchises to offer 90% financing to owners (including working capital!), making ownership very attainable. Open a BalanceD™ Store
Opening a BalanceD™ store presents the opportunity to participate in the significant profits of the recession-proof diet and nutrition market.
